This course provides a framework for developing the tools we need to achieve our dreams. We live in a society that teaches us to avoid the things that bring us pain. It also makes it difficult for us to set goals. If we do not achieve our goals, it hurts. As a result of this course you will be able to focus on the importance of goal setting, self-esteem, and life long learning.
- This course examines career advancement options for entry level caregivers. Though child, senior and family caregivers are in great demand, there are few opportunities to advance without going to college and obtaining a degree. This course provides the building blocks for being effective in caregiving and also provides techniques and insights that will introduce students to additional choices to use their caregiving job as a springboard to the career of their dreams.
