About Us

We are a collaboration of educators and technologists that have come together to provide Distance Education programs that are effective, convenient, inexpensive and timely. Our approach to distance education provides the human touch that is missing in many face-to-face programs and online training. Our main organization is URSuccess Unlimited, a career development and management consulting firm formed in 2000 by Conrad Brian Law.

Our business partners include early care certified trainers, adult education instructors, career counselors, and information technology specialists. We are located in the Washington metropolitan area but our trainers have conducted workshops nationwide on topics such as curriculum development, communication skills, health, safety, nutrition, parenting, early care, technology, distance education, career strategies and entrepreneurship. We have conducted workshops for local affiliates of the National Association of Education For Young Children (NAEYC)in Maryland and the District of Columbia, train-the-trainer courses for the Maryland Committee for Children, career advancement courses for Federally Employed Women, Childcare Management Solutions, the District of Columbia Office of Early Child Development, and hundreds of family care providers, child care centers and associations over the past twenty years.

Our Executive Director is Conrad Brian Law. Brian has over twenty years of experience in information technology with the federal government as an administrator, developer and project manager. He has also served as an adult educator with Prince Georges Community College, Capital College, the USDA Graduate School, non-profit, for-profit and government agencies at the city, state and federal levels. Brian is the architect of our online initiative and utilizes instructional and distance learning technologies that are easy to use and accessible to everyone.

Other business partners include Kids Are Us Learning Center's, Inc., Childcare Management Solutions, educational and IT consultants, with national and international experience. In addition to our trainer and consultant resources, we have a training and meeting facility with classrooms and a ten computer technology lab located in Fort Washington, Maryland.
